The profile price is influenced by several factors at a time: the cost of aluminum, which is now, since 01.04.2022 is determined by RUSAL, focusing on the aluminum exchange rate on the London Metal Exchange and the U.S. dollar rate, the size of the cut, the number of pieces per order, the regularity of sampling. The price list with all these factors will be very cumbersome and inconvenient to use. Send us a drawing of aluminum profile product you need (preferably in vector format) or the name of the profile from our catalog with the desired amount, and we will quickly calculate the price.
Delivery to Europe or another region of the world is discussed with the customer when drawing up the contract. We will be glad to offer you several delivery options convenient for you.
Standard length of profile whip – 6 meters. It is inconvenient and «traumatic» for the profile during its transportation, loading and unloading, in addition, such transportation costs significantly more. Our production culture and production cost allow cutting and machining at low prices, but with high accuracy and quality, so it is more profitable for a client who knows how to count money to buy finished products from us.
The product price is calculated according to the following formula: Price from RUSAL (determined by the supplier on a monthly basis and formed in rubles) + TC (transformation cost - service cost of aluminum profile manufacturing, its machining, deburring and packaging, reflecting the costs of raw material delivery, costs of tools, packaging materials, electric and heat energy, wages and other expenses. It is a STABLE value) + VAT 20%.
The fact is that in pressing it is almost impossible to obtain perfect flatness of the sole, which is often critical to the efficiency of the radiator. Possible deviations are also fixed in the standards for aluminum profile manufacturing "Radiator soleplate plane"
The main factor is the performance of the die (die, press tool). The cantilever element of the die, which forms the gaps between the ribs, is subjected to high loads and is a priori the weakest element of the construction. That is why the standards for extrusion of aluminum profiles regulate the height and width of this cantilever element. We have developed our own, so far unique for Russia, competencies in the production of profiles for radiators with a very frequent pitch of high ribs, for example, AVM-221 или AVM-254. But due to the low durability of the press tool and the low pressing speed (low productivity), these profiles are more expensive than others.
We have set restrictions on the minimum order quantity. It cannot be less than the number of blanks that can be cut from one whip and cannot cost less than 20,000 rubles excluding VAT.
Not true. Only those who are bad at calculating their own costs give lower prices than we do. But still, try to find cheaper – we are interested in it and it is important to us. Our strengths – high efficiency processes. Speed, quality, reliability of delivery – these are our key principles. Need anything else – see please picture . Halfway through deciding to save money on a project - here's the result , And if we save and fuss, we get exactly это!
The perimeter of the section of each profile is shown on the drawing. You have to multiply it by the required length of the profile. If you need to calculate more accurately, please use the following formula, which allows you to take into account the area of the radiator ends:
S=(m /2710 х 2+Р х L) х 10000, where:
S – radiator surface area in cm²
m – weight of one meter of the profile, kg
2710 кг/м³ - aluminium density
Р – perimeter of the profile cross-section (shown in the drawing), m
L – required radiator length, m
The fact is that AD31 or AW6060 alloys have much fewer impurities and alloying elements in their chemical composition than foundry alloys, which provides a markedly better thermal conductivity first. In addition, the gas porosity and sinks unavoidable in the casting process, this thermal conductivity only make it worse
There's probably not a single press plant anymore:
- does not use dies made for another press of another plant - too many individual settings and adjustments, in addition, there is a huge pile of accounting documents related to responsible storage, write-offs, etc.
- no press factory when ordering a new name of the profile will not sell you a matrix, but will sell you a prototype of the profile, the cost of which is included in the cost of this matrix
- When the life of the first die paid for by the customer is used up, any press factory makes a tooling duplier at its own expense.
Profile with a sole thickness of 8 mm or more, such as AVM-017,AVM-474, AVM-488, AVM-246, AVM-243, AVM-367, etc.
There are four possible reasons for this: - pressing tolerances have a value of up to 0.25 mm. depending on the thickness of the sole; the possible deviations from the ideal flatness of the sole are fixed in the standards for the production of aluminum profiles "Radiator base plane" . Accordingly, the thickness of the sole plate decreases when milling the workpiece. - when milling a welded wide radiator the volume of the material removed by milling can still increase due to the need to remove the welding trace along the seam and the inevitable error when "joining" the welded workpieces with each other - For long (from 400 mm) radiators the possible deviation from the straightness of the profile and its twisting (in the amounts allowed by the standards for pressing) is also important. These deviations are also corrected by milling.
- within 30-45 calendar days (depending on the complexity of the profile) after coordination of the profile drawing with the customer. The cost of press tooling (matrix) depends on the size and complexity of the profile section.
Yes, we always execute the drawing of the product sent by the customer, in the standard of our company, because: - In the process of designing such a drawing, we simultaneously carry out a technological study and look for the best manufacturing option. And the customer's approval of the drawing (signature and seal on such a drawing) certifies the fact that we and the customer see, understand and interpret everything the same way.
Yes. Alas, for now. But it is not quite right for the following reasons: - if we find defects on the profile during the incoming inspection, which is not an uncommon event, then the question of its return to the supplier and replacement for a suitable one takes a significant amount of time and is accompanied by the need to prepare a pile of documents. - leads to additional logistics costs and, ultimately, increases our customer's costs. - placing the profile in another factory initially excludes the technological work of the product from it, which may lead to a decrease in the efficiency of its machining and will increase the cost (and price!) of manufacturing.
